Holistic counselling is a gentle, supportive approach that recognises that our emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to every aspect of our lives — including our thoughts, feelings, relationships, body, environment, life experiences, and sense of meaning.
Rather than focusing only on problems or symptoms, holistic counselling invites a deeper exploration of what may be happening beneath the surface. It offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a compassionate and non-judgemental way.

Reiki and Energy Healing are gentle, restorative practices that support balance and wellbeing by working with the body’s natural energetic system.
Many people experience modern life as mentally and emotionally overwhelming, leaving them feeling depleted, disconnected, anxious, or exhausted. Energy healing offers an opportunity to pause, soften, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and presence.
During a session, you remain fully clothed while gentle hands-on or hands-near techniques are used to support relaxation and energetic balance. Sessions are often experienced as deeply calming and nurturing.
People may seek Reiki and energy healing to support:
stress and nervous system overwhelm
emotional exhaustion or burnout
anxiety and restlessness
energetic depletion
emotional processing and integration
reconnection with self and inner stillness
Each person’s experience is unique. Some people feel a deep sense of relaxation or emotional release, while others simply notice a greater sense of grounding, clarity, or calm.
Energy healing is not intended to replace medical or psychological care, but may be used alongside other supportive therapies as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Integrated Counselling and Energy Healing brings together reflective therapeutic conversation with gentle energetic support, offering a holistic approach that honours both the emotional and energetic dimensions of healing.
At times, we may understand something intellectually, yet still feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to fully move forward. By combining counselling with energy healing, sessions can support both conscious exploration and deeper nervous system and energetic regulation.
This integrated approach may support you to:
explore emotional experiences within a safe and compassionate space
process stress, grief, overwhelm, or life transitions
reconnect with your body, intuition, and inner awareness
move from mental overthinking into greater presence and grounding
support emotional release, clarity, and restoration
Sessions are gently guided according to your individual needs and may include reflective dialogue, grounding practices, body awareness, and Reiki or energy healing techniques.
This work is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating space for deeper listening, reconnection, and compassionate support for the whole person.

Flower essences are subtle vibrational remedies traditionally created from the energetic imprint of flowers and plants. They are used to gently support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and inner balance.
Unlike herbal remedies, flower essences do not work through the physical properties of the plant, but through their energetic qualities. They are often used as a supportive tool during times of emotional challenge, transition, stress, grief, uncertainty, or personal growth.
Flower essences may support:
emotional balance and resilience
self-reflection and inner awareness
stress, overwhelm, or emotional sensitivity
life transitions and periods of change
reconnecting with personal strengths and inner resources
Essences are selected intuitively and thoughtfully according to each person’s emotional experience and needs.
Many people experience flower essences as a gentle yet meaningful support that encourages greater self-understanding, emotional integration, and connection with self.
Flower essences are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace medical or psychological treatment.
I incorporate flower essences into sessions as appropriate. They are a beautiful support in between sessions, easy to use, and don’t interfere with supplements or medication you may be using.Nore: they are not the same as essential oils.

Individualised support for women in midlife
Season of Support is offered as a personalised 3-month or 6-month support journey for women seeking a deeper, more individualised space for reflection, healing, and reconnection with themselves.
Perhaps you are navigating change, emotional overwhelm, peri-menopause, depression, anxiety or have a quiet inner sense that something in life is asking to be explored more deeply.
Sessions are held fortnightly and are 90 minutes in length, allowing time to gently arrive, explore what is present, and to integrate insights in an unhurried and supportive way.
This work is gentle, trauma-informed, recognising strengths and is individually tailored to meet you where you are. Together, we create a supportive space for you to slow down, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and explore what feels most important in this season of your life.
Each Season of Support begins with a confidential reflective questionnaire designed to help you explore the themes, challenges, goals, and areas of your life that you would like support with. The questionnaire also allows me to gain a deeper understanding of what you are seeking, so that our work together can be thoughtfully and intentionally tailored to your individual needs.
Following this, we begin with an initial 90-minute session where we gently explore and clarify what has emerged through the questionnaire, discuss your intentions for our time together, and shape a supportive approach that feels aligned and meaningful for you.
This program is collaborative and responsive, recognising that each woman’s experience, needs, and pace are unique.
Depending on your needs and interests, sessions may include a holistic combination of:
counselling and therapeutic conversation
Reiki and energy healing
flower essences
meditation and grounding practices
creative and reflective practices
outdoor sessions in nature, inviting nature as an ally in the healing and integration process
This is a space where you remain in choice throughout the process. You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels supportive and resourced for you, without pressure to go further or deeper than feels right.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You only need a sense that something in you is ready to be met.

Between sessions, gentle check-in support is available during designated times, offering additional care, reflection, and support.
These longer-term containers are designed to provide continuity, depth, and gentle ongoing support, allowing meaningful change and self-understanding to unfold over time.
